We know that starting somewhere new can come with lots of questions. Below you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions to help guide you. If there’s anything else you’d like to ask, please feel free to contact us.
Can I bring my phone
Yes, but it will need to be kept on silent and in your pocket whilst you’re in lessons.
What should I wear?
You can wear anything you like but we suggest you don’t wear clothes that you really care about as you might get dirty/dusty in one of the workshops.
How many days a week do I attend?
A full-time course is three days a week. We don’t know yet which days they will be.
What are the timings of the day?
Lessons start at 9.45am and finish at 3.30pm. There are plenty of breaks in between.
How do I get there?
If you live in the York area, we can collect you and drop you off in one of our Ad Astra vehicles. The driver will let you know what time pick up will be.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing! We will provide everything you need. We even provide lunch and snacks, but you can bring your own food if you want
