Dear All, Firstly, we would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year from all at Ad Astra. In this latest Covid 19 update, we wanted to communicate the steps that Ad Astra are taking to ensure the continued safety, welfare and compliance for our entire Ad Astra community. In light of the Prime Minister’s National Lockdown Announcement yesterday evening, we are pleased to confirm that Ad Astra will remain open to all our students. As per the Government Guidance, vulnerable students are permitted to remain in Education. We will be making adjustments to our provision in order to comply with the guidance and to ensure the safety and welfare of our staff and students. These changes will be communicated out to students, parents, carers and schools today. We will be bolstering our face to face sessions with increased online learning for Maths, English and PSHE. Instructions and timetables for these will be communicated out today. Naturally, we will continue to adhere to all guidance; both current and future changes, and remain vigilant in our practices to ensure that we protect our students, staff and wider Ad Astra family community.
